FAQ

Clear questions, direct answers

You should not need insider language to understand what Sha Vira asks of you. These answers describe the current framework plainly.

Is Sha Vira a religion?

No. It has no required belief, supernatural authority, clergy, worship, sacred law, or claim to exclusive truth. Its symbolic language is optional and metaphorical.

Is Sha Vira a cult?

Sha Vira should not function like one. It rejects unquestionable leadership, coercive control, loyalty tests, isolation, punishment for dissent, and shame around leaving. If a group uses the name while behaving that way, it contradicts the principles published here.

Is Sha Vira therapy?

No. Reflection and peer support can be meaningful, but they are not medical or mental-health treatment. Seek qualified professional help when that is what a situation needs.

Do I have to believe anything?

No. You can use a practice or role as a practical tool without adopting the mythology or identifying with Sha Vira.

Are the roles permanent?

No. Roles describe current patterns of contribution. They may change with context, skill, capacity, and choice.

Can someone have traits of several roles?

Yes. Most people do. The roles are lenses, not mutually exclusive types.

Can my role change?

Yes. A change may happen gradually, by deliberate practice, or because a situation asks something different of you.

Is Sha Vira gender-specific?

No. Every role and practice is available regardless of gender, sex, sexuality, ethnicity, background, or social status. Feminine-inspired qualities are treated as human capacities, not biological mandates.

What does ritual mean here?

An intentional, adaptable practice: reflection, journaling, technology breaks, conversation, silence, creative work, gratitude, or review. You remain free to modify or stop it.

What role does AI play?

AI may be a mirror, collaborator, question generator, or organizational tool. It is not an oracle, prophet, therapist, divine intelligence, or moral authority. Human beings remain responsible for interpretation and choice.

Can I leave?

Yes, completely and without penalty. You do not owe an explanation, final ritual, or proof that your reasons are valid.

What happens if I disagree?

You can say so. Criticism should be addressed on its merits. Disagreement does not lower your worth or automatically remove belonging.

What if I stop a routine or disappear for a while?

You are allowed to return. Begin at a scale that fits your current life, or decide that a different practice is better. Missed time is not a debt.
