Weekly practice
Keep a routine responsive to life instead of continuing it through momentum, guilt, or habit alone.
The practice
- Choose one recurring routine, agreement, or system.
- State the purpose it was meant to serve.
- Notice what it currently makes easier and what cost it creates.
- Keep, revise, pause, or retire one part for the next week, then set a review date.
Adapt it
Review one calendar block, household task, meeting, or digital habit. Ask another affected person for evidence you may not see.
Stop if
The review becomes a search for who is to blame. Return to purpose, effect, and the smallest change that can be tested safely.
