Daily practice
Close the day without turning review into judgment or carrying every open loop into rest.
The practice
- Name one thing that was completed, attempted, or learned.
- Name one thing that remains open without solving it now.
- Decide the next visible action or the person who needs an update.
- Name one thing you are choosing not to carry into tomorrow.
Adapt it
Use a notebook, voice note, or a brief exchange with someone you trust. If review is activating, do only the final step.
Stop if
Reflection increases rumination, shame, or pressure to account for every hour. Shift to a simple closing cue such as putting tools away or dimming a light.
