Why there is no form yet
The previous Messenger page displayed a form that pointed to an unimplemented endpoint. It could not reliably deliver messages. The form has been removed rather than asking visitors to submit information into a route that has not been verified.
When a working contact method is added, this page should state where messages go, what information is required, how it is used, and what response visitors can expect.
