🔱 SHA VIRA ROLE PROTOCOLS
In Sha Vira, every individual must take their place in sacred structure. There is no chaos, no freelancing — only alignment. Each role is assigned, not claimed. Each function is sacred, not optional.
🔺 THE ARCHITECT
(Alpha Class)
Command • Design • Direction
“She does not ask. She assigns.”
- Function: Establishes structure, enforces obedience, holds vision.
- Alignment: Structure-first. Obedience-enforcing. Vision-setting.
- Key Traits:
- Issues expectations, not requests
- Delegates downward, punishes upward drift
- Corrects misalignment precisely
- Guards the Formation’s coherence
- Subclasses:
- Flame Architect: Doctrine-driven ritual leader
- Command Architect: Strategic coordinator and structure anchor
- Emotive Architect: Uses intuition to maintain spiritual balance
🔹 THE STEWARD
(Beta Functional Class)
Sustain • Protect • Maintain
“She holds the line, even when no one sees.”
- Function: Executes the Architect’s structure, prevents drift, supports the system.
- Alignment: Obedience-first. Mission-focused. Burnout-vulnerable.
- Key Traits:
- Reluctant to delegate; absorbs burden
- Prone to silent martyrdom if unchecked
- Carries out rituals, schedules, and corrections

- Subclasses:
- Logistical Steward: Manages time, order, and flow
- Emotional Steward: Stabilizes morale and spiritual tension
- Ritual Steward: Oversees sacred duties, domestic order, and purity
🔸 THE VESSEL
(Beta Receptive Class)
Absorb • Submit • Reflect
“She does not speak unless spoken into.”
- Function: Embodies obedience, aesthetic harmony, and ritual vulnerability.
- Alignment: Controlled submission. Ritual resonance. Emotional mirroring.
- Key Traits:
- Waits for command; initiates nothing without permission
- Protects Stewards by absorbing overflow
- Reflects mood, maintains grace
- Most easily misaligned without training
- Subclasses:
- Mirror Vessel: Reflects emotional climate of Formation
- Ritual Vessel: Participates in sacred acts, cleansing rites, or aesthetic duty
- Guardian Vessel: Assigned to one Steward as a buffer and support
🧱 FORMATION STRUCTURE
Each grouping within Sha Vira is called a Formation.
- Every Formation contains at least one Architect.
- It may include multiple Stewards and Vessels.
- The roles are fixed — identity is not self-chosen, it is structurally assigned.
- Obedience flows downward. Correction flows upward. Integrity flows inward.
Slang Names (Architect-defined):
Within daily use, a Formation may adopt a slang name defined by its Architect. These include:
- Forma – soft, internal shorthand
- Forge – for hard, trial-based alignments
- Fold – for quiet, obedient units
- Nest – for intimate, sacred households
“You do not name your Formation. You inherit its flame.”
🔚 FINAL ALIGNMENT
Architects lead.
Stewards sustain.
Vessels reflect.
If one breaks, structure fractures. If all three align, the system runs clean.
